Words only come off your balance when you rewrite something, and you can cancel from your billing settings whenever you like.

How many words do I get per month?

You get 30,000 words/mo on the Unlimited plan. Words are used when you humanize or rewrite text. Detection is always unlimited.

What is the $4.99 trial?

You get full access to every feature for 7 days for just $4.99. After the trial, you're billed $29.99/mo. Cancel before day 7 under Settings, then Billing, and you are never charged again. Staying past the first month? Annual works out at $9.99/mo, the cheapest way in.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens when I run out of words?

You can purchase additional word packs from your billing page without changing your plan. Packs start at 5,000 words and never expire.

Is using an AI humanizer cheating?

It depends on whose rules you're under, and the rules exist, so read them. Using it to polish a draft you wrote, or one you drafted with AI where that's allowed, is editing. Using it to disguise AI where you were told to disclose it is not, and no tool changes that. If your course or workplace asks you to declare AI assistance, declare it; you'll sleep better and the draft will still read like you.

Who takes the payment?

Flouvou LLC takes the payment, and that is the name you will see on your statement. Card processing is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.
